One change we are making with the new app is that our major workouts will be updated each month with a new workout of the month, for up to 12 months of new programming. There's no fluff or filler - just battle-tested tactics that are proven to work on golfers of all ages. Rewind is actually five different flexibility modules that cover every joint and muscle of your golf body.
Just pick the routine that fits your goal, you can perform any of the routines in just minutes each day. And you'll immediately "feel" the changes to your body the routines generate. This flexibility system is one component I personally used to keep my body in check and alleviate muscle tightness.
You don't even need dumbbells or weights of any kind. Just you and your bodyweight. You only need a small space... even a hotel room will work fine.
Another good reason to warm up is because it can help lower your golf score. How many times have you teed off and felt unprepared and unsure of how your round would go? Are you confident? My guess is that you aren’t as confident as you could be.
Each month you'll be able to join a new challenge. Each challenge has a specific goal, such as, driving the ball longer. You'll be reminded of what to do and when to do it by our mobile app.
The challenges start each month and last anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks. Each challenge contains a clear cut goal and a way to measure your progress. Some challenges are golf fitness based (like the Flatbelly Challenge), while some are a mix of golf fitness and golf instruction (Power and Distance Challenge).
For example, the Power and Distance Challenge helps you dial in your stance, grip, alignment... as well as pinpoint drills aimed at improving your clubhead speed and accuracy. When you blend in golf specific workout programming with the same goal - the results can be magical... with some of our best students gaining 30 yards on their drives!
It doesn't matter when you join, you'll be able to do the challenges on your own right away or as part of the group.
For example, in January, we do the Flatbelly Challenge. Designed to shave off the damage from all of the events we attend through the holidays, and get us ready for golf season.
As soon as that ends, we will be going straight into the Power and Distance Challenge... which is a mix of fitness and golf training. The goal here is to gain a few yards.
Once the PDC is complete, we go into our No More 3 Putts Challenge which is a combination of fitness and golf drills and lessons to help shave a few strokes off your putting.
After that, we have our Tap In Challenge, Red Zone Challenge, and by then... it's time for our off-season programming.
In short, you won't be guessing what to do or when to do it for a full year. You'll just load up your app and get to work.
All of the video's and workouts are included in the app and are released as soon as a challenge begins.
